This house was gorgeous and very clean. The backyard was incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time outdoors. The area was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to unwind. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail really stood out. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has a great location near hiking and biking trails as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The house itself was clean, spacious, and as pictured, and the hot tub was an excellent amenity.

This place was fantastic and exactly as described. Beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of TP, tissues, dish and laundry detergent, etc. The game room was the highlight for our kids, they would have spent the entire vacation there if they could. The arcade machine was the best we’ve ever seen - literally thousands of games. The location was a short drive to popular hiking trails, with several nice spots to eat. The Red Rock cafe has AMAZING breakfast! Hilda was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This home was in the perfect location for its proximity to Oakcreek Country Club. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to from HWY 179 so we could venture out exploring and have no problems being close to sightseeing and restaurants. The home was exactly as pictured and the host was supper communicative. Great kitchen for cooking meals Comfy bedrooms. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at Hilda’s! We were in a bind when we backed out of our hotel and her team was able to get us into the space really quickly and with ease! We appreciate the quick response time throughout our stay and really enjoyed the property. It’s open, airy and very comfortable to spend time in. The backyard was very peaceful as well! Everything in the pictures matched what we experienced in person. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovely Home in Oak Creek/Sedona
The inside of the house was perfect. Just the right amount of southwest decor, comfortable beds, well stocked beautiful kitchen, amazing showers, great TVs, etc. I could go on and on about this lovely home. The space was much larger than we needed but it would be amazing for 2-3 couples. Even the game room in the garage was amazing! Highly recommend staying here!

This home was perfect for our family of 4! We utilized so many of the great amenities and supplies (most well equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced at a rental). We grilled, hot tubbed as a family, and played records and cds. Having things like Tupperware for hiking sandwiches, a peeler for carrots and coffee already onsite, made our stay that much more easy. The beds were divine and the kids loved the game room (and the bathtub!) so much. The grocery store is so close as are many great eateries! Our family enjoys our experience at special rentals just as much as we enjoy our planned adventures. This was certainly the case at this Airbnb. A true getaway for us! Thank you!

Beautiful property, newly renovated
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this newly-renovated home. The property is very nice and well-appointed. There were so many thoughtful touches, and you can tell the owner spared no expense on finishes and furnishings. We just had two people in our party, but the home would be very spacious for a family or a couple of couples traveling together. I also noted there were baby and toddler essentials on hand, which as a mother of two toddlers, I appreciated (even traveling without my kiddos). Hilda, the property manager was incredibly communicative and helpful. We had a minor appliance issue during our stay, but Hilda took care of us quickly. The location is also lovely. Set away from the busyness of central Sedona but plenty close to the hustle and bustle and plenty of hiking travels. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

What is your cancelation policy?
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?
Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will received a code before your stay for self check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest. You may request late check-out but it will depend on the cleaner's schedule that day whether we can accomodate.
Are parties allowed?
Zero tolerance for parties. This home is in a residential neighborhood and could lose our ability to rent this home if there is a party. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately.
Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?
No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.
Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.
Are there any cameras at the property?
There are no cameras inside or on the back porch for the privacy of our guests. However, we do have a video doorbell and outdoor camera on the front and side of the home for extra security and for the protection of the property.
A $300 refundable security deposit will be held on your credit card on file the day before check-out and will be released within 7 days.
